Refunds:
By purchasing access to our digital course, you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that this waives your statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
As such, no refunds will be issued once course access has been granted. If you experience technical issues or believe a refund is warranted under exceptional circumstances, please contact us to discuss.
A digital certificate of completion will be issued once you have successfully completed all modules and any associated assessments. Certificates are for personal and professional use and do not constitute legal accreditation.
